Individual research plan

1. A doctoral student, in agreement with their supervisor(s), prepares an individual research plan containing, in particular, a research schedule and a specific deadline for submission of the doctoral dissertation and submits it to the director within 12 months from the date of commencement of training. The IRP is prepared in Polish and English - doctoral students pursuing the education program in English prepare the IRP only in that language.
2. The IRP also includes a schedule of other academic activities of the doctoral student: planned publications, conferences, internships, grant applications, etc.
3. In the case of appointment of an assistant promoter, the IRP shall be presented after the promoter's opinion.
4. The template of the IRP is determined by the director in consultation with the QLD-SD and adopted by the School Council.
5. In justified cases, the doctoral student, in consultation with the promoter(s), may apply to the director for modification of the IRP.
6. Modification of the IRP shall be prepared in the form of an annex with details of the changes made. Modifications to the IRP may not be made less than 6 months before the mid-term evaluation.
