Mid-term evaluation

Mid-term evaluation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations of the JDU Doctoral School and the Detailed Rules for Conducting Mid-term Evaluation adopted by the Council of the Doctoral School.

The mid-term evaluation is carried out based on: 

1. Individual Research Plan (IRP), 
2. a report on the implementation of the Individual Research Plan (according to the model established by the Resolution of the Council of the Doctoral School) with attachments:
• appendix no. 1 containing the status of implementation of the IRP
• appendix no. 2 - the opinion of the supervisor(s) and assistant supervisor - if one has been appointed
• interview with the doctoral student.

The documentation for the mid-term evaluation listed in the Detailed Rules of Recruitment, in two language versions: Polish and English, should be submitted to the office of the Doctoral School no later than July 31 if the mid-term evaluation will take place in September, or by September 15 if the mid-term evaluation is scheduled in October.
